Weekly Meditation Group - Burnie, Tasmania

Venue: The Salvation Army, Oakleigh House, 24 View Road Burnie.
Time: 6.00pm to 7.00pm.
Date: Wednesdays

Format will be as follows:

6.00-6.15 readings and discussion from relevant articles

6.15-6.45 meditation (scanning)

6.45-7.00 Loving Kindness

There will be limited guidance throughout the meditation.
Participants must have a level of knowledge/practice to allow them to meditate for 45 minutes in silence.
